My Story

Asalamu’Alaykum (peace be upon you), and welcome 🤍

My name is Najia, founder of Tween Essentials. I’m a mom, a wife, and someone who grew up without the guidance I truly needed about hygiene, periods, and womanhood.

I had to figure things out on my own, and it made something completely natural feel confusing and overwhelming.
Today, as a mother of daughters, I see things differently.

I understand how important it is to educate young girls early, so they feel confident, informed, and protected from the mistakes that can come from not knowing.
That’s why I created Tween Essentials.

If you’re a young girl, I want you to know there is nothing to feel ashamed of. Your body is changing, and you deserve to understand it with confidence.
And if you’re a parent, I understand that these conversations aren’t always easy.

I’m not just selling hygiene kits, I’m offering preparedness, confidence, and lifelong education you can pass down to your daughters, Insha’Allah (God willing).
Because growing up shouldn’t feel confusing or silent. It should feel supported.
