Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Processing and shipping times may increase during product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order size.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday shipping volume
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Tween Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Tween Essentials is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Tween Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will do our best to assist customers with locating packages when possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

All damaged order concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Pre-Orders & Special Launches

Items marked as pre-order or special launch products may require additional processing and shipping time. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided within the product description whenever applicable.


International Shipping

  • Ships within the United States only
    OR
  • Offers international shipping to select countries

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international orders.
