5. Cancellations & Refunds

All coaching sessions, consultations, and booked services must be canceled within 24 hours of payment being received in order to qualify for cancellation consideration.

After the 24-hour period:

• Payments are non-refundable

• Rescheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Product returns and refunds are handled individually and according to our Refund & Return Policy.
