At Tween Essentials, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products, coaching services, and a positive shopping experience for every customer. Because many of our products and services are personal in nature, all refunds, returns, and concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer care.

Returns & Refunds

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving your item. We will review all concerns individually and work toward a reasonable resolution whenever possible.

Eligible concerns may include:

  • Damaged items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

  • Order-related issues

Please note:

  • Due to hygiene and personal care standards, certain personal care items may not qualify for return once opened or used.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Coaching Sessions & Services

All coaching sessions, consultations, and booked services must be canceled within 24 hours of payment being received in order to qualify for cancellation consideration.

After the 24-hour window:

  • Payments for booked sessions are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
